| Future plans include the addition of 38 new RV campsites, new lodging, additional parking area, updated shower and bathing facility, brand new cafeteria, marina and a additional 5 acre lake!!! |

| One of the best improvements we plan on is the new 5 acre lake and marina!! This will allow us to offer our customers more water activities along with a safer area for boating along with swiming. This lake will be completed this summer!! |
